Participation in the Azrael Affiliate Network is voluntary and commission-based only. It is not employment, not independent-contractor work, and carries no salary, wages, benefits, expense reimbursement, or guaranteed income. You are never required to reach earnings targets or commit hours.
One account per person; you must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials private, and be of legal age in your jurisdiction. Accounts must not be sold, shared, or transferred.
Only offers explicitly approved by the owner — from providers that permit our affiliate arrangement — appear in the catalog or on storefront pages. Commission rates shown anywhere on this site are exactly the provider's documented rates at display time; nothing is invented or embellished.
Manufacturing impressions, clicks, installs, sign-ups or conversions is strictly prohibited, regardless of intent. Self-clicking, force-macros, incentivized or misleading activity, and any traffic that violates a provider's terms will void related earnings and cause immediate account termination without payout.
Earnings come from the relevant provider network's own tracking and payout terms, not from us. Providers may hold, reverse, or deduct for returns or fraud; we mirror what the provider actually reports and pay out only what we actually receive for you, minus no hidden cuts (any fee schedule, if ever introduced, appears on this page before it applies).
Where advertising is enabled on network properties, ads are labelled "Sponsored — Ads by ExoClick" (or the respective network), link to the ad network's privacy policy, and never represent the site owner's own editorial voice. Ad placement is static and content-safe; we do not run popovers, interstitials, or push-notification formats on network sites.
Your storefront identity must not impersonate the site owner, other brands, or any person. No misleading aliases in the short links; no trademark misuse. The owner may reject or rename identities that do.
Job records (site creation, link assignment) are durable and auditable. Termination removes your account access; records needed for audit integrity (e.g. timestamps, final payouts evidenced) may be retained as labeled test/audit data per our privacy page.
The owner may suspend or terminate any affiliate account for breach of these terms, applicable law, or provider restrictions. Inactive test accounts may be recycled per policy and clearly labeled.
The owner may amend these terms; substantial changes affecting eligibility or payout mechanics will be surfaced via the dashboard before they take effect.
